Joyce Licht Sang
Founder Director

Joyce is Ryan's mother and has dedicated her life to helping millions see a brighter day in his memory.  Over the past thirty years, Joyce has had leadership roles in many non-profit organizations or their activities, including:  Bascom Palmer Eye Institute (University of Miami), Children's Home Society (Palm Beach), Florida House (Washington, DC), Planned Parenthood of Palm Beach & Treasure Coast, Red Cross - The Greater Palm Beach Area and HCUND of the United Nations (New York).  She was named a Woman of Distinction by Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2012.  With her husband, she serves on the Psychiatry Advisory Council of the Stone Institute of Psychiatry at Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Chicago) and has been the recipient of the People of Vision Award from the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, the Hermes Humanitarian Award, the Community Service Award from the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce and the 2009 Mogens Schou Award for Public Service from The International Society for Bipolar Disorders.


Jaynee Licht Luntz
Founder Director

With over twenty-five years of experience in retail management in the fields of children's apparel, jewelry, high fashion and special gift accessories, Jaynee brings a special understanding of people and their families to the Foundation.  Throughout her career, she has worked with and been a strong supporter of non-profit organizations, including:  American Heart Association, Hospice, American Red Cross, Planned Parenthood and March of Dimes.


James B. Eichberg
Colorado

Jim is a third generation Denver native and has a long history of supporting education and research in the medical field.  He has over thirty-five years of experience in the areas of public accounting, private industry, litigation consulting, and arbitration and mediation.  Jim has served as a mediator for the NASD, NYSE and the American Arbitration Association, and has been on the Adjunct Faculty at the University of Denver where he taught Conflict Resolution at the graduate and certificate level.  He is a Director and the Treasurer of the Kern Foundation and of the Alums & Friends of GW which are both in Denver.


Leslie P. Kennedy
Illinois

Leslie has spent a significant portion of her life in non-profit volunteer efforts.  Her diverse activities include:  The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (Past President of the Women's Board), Art Resources in Teaching (ART) (Past President) and participation in Chicago as:  Food Pantry Coordinator of the Immaculate Conception Church, Unit Coordinator of the American Cancer Society, Member of the Council for Exceptional Children, Director of the Gold Coast Neighbors and Chairman of Community Service Project for the Junior League of Chicago.
